The Healthy Habits Play Table was developed in 2010 based on the infamous Tortoise Table by Waiting Time Toys, inc. We took all the attributes of the Tortoise Table from 14 years of direct observation, WIC directors and hospital child life coordinators comments, structural design, playability, safety, ease of cleaning, sound level of play, wear and tear, & appearance after a several years of use and how long a child would stay engaged in play.
Based on this research we set out to improve on the positive attributes and eliminate the less favorable attributes. To accomplish this, we went to the world class manufacture team at Keebee Play. Together we re designed the table.
