SHIPPING

* Shipping charges are a calculated estimate based on the weight of your waiting room toys. You can usually save on shipping by purchasing more items at one time. In some instances, the weight of the wall toys may exceed our shopping cart calculator's ability to provide an accurate shipping quote. If we need to make an adjustment, Keeping Kids Busy will contact you and inform you of the new shipping cost. In addition, due to fluctuations in shipping charges we reserve the right to adjust freight/shipping/handling fees accordingly, and you would be notified of such if this applies to your order.

* You may notice that some of the waiting room toys have "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" offers. These offers will be marked in the title of the item. The offer only applies when shipping ground within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

* Please supply the correct shipping address to ensure successful delivery of your order. If an order is returned by the shipping company because of an incomplete or inaccurate address, the purchaser is responsible for any extra shipping charges/fees accrued as a result.

Provide information regarding the item(s) you would like to purchase along with the ship-to zip code, and we can then provide you with an accurate shipping quote and ordering instructions.

DELIVERY

Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the product. If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days, as determined by the items and lead time required by different manufacturers. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date and/or time. Email or call if you have questions regarding a shipping timeframe. Ship dates and timeframes are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes lost shipments by UPS, FedEx, and/or other carriers.

Orders for waiting room toys submitted with incorrect billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed and normal shipping policies will not apply. We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone number exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently.

International Orders
Keeping Kids Busy does ship to both Canada and United States.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Purchase Orders (see below), and Checks/Money Orders/Cashiers Checks.
For schools, hospitals, the military, WIC Programs, and other organizations that utilize Purchase Orders, we are happy to process your order. Fax or email your order on the official letterhead of the School, Corporation, Hospital, Church, or Government Agency. We will enter your order, and fax and/or email back a confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

We will refund the purchase price reduced by a 15% re-stocking charge.

Keeping Kids Busy wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you may have about your order. We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of your item, but not the original shipping charge. If the item had free shipping or shipping included with the purchase price, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund. You must e-mail us at sales@keepingkidsbusy.com to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or return of damaged items, you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Keeping Kids Busy will assume the return shipping charges for defective products. As with all returns, please e-mail us at sales@keepingkidsbusy.com to receive authorization or you may simply refuse to accept the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused for a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order originally qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the shipment.

Terms of sale: We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them or as they are brought to our attention. You may verify product information by contacting us at 866-488-1311. A binding contract for the sale of the goods concerned does not exist until they are physically shipped and the customer's credit card is debited. If an honest, inadvertent mistake is made on the part of the seller, we will contact you and you will not be responsible for keeping the sale in place.

Backordered Items: Keeping Kids Busy makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and when backordered items will become available. We will do our best to keep you informed if an order is delayed beyond what was expected.
