1. EAT WELL BE ACTIVE WIC WALLToys
• Dimensions: 4’w x 4’h x 25”d
• The front and back of the WIC WALL has bilingual health graphics. A side panel attaches to each end of the wall at a 90 degree angle. The side panels provide a stabilizing base, as well as space for more interactive health-themed activities.
• Each side of the WIC WALL has a message, kids can play on both sides, & parents will easily see the "EAT WELL-BE ACTIVE" message. For example, while we have their attention, let's teach them about the importance of getting more exercise and less screen time and about the following:
"5 4 3 2 1...GO!"
"Food Guide Pyramid"
"Mooove Over to Low-Fat or Fat-Free Milk"
• Wall Side 1: "EAT WELL" message
• Wall Side 2: "BE ACTIVE" message
2. EAT WELL – BE ACTIVE -Round-a-Bouts*
•Each WIC WALL comes with two (2) Round-a-Bouts, one on each side panel. There will be four (4) Round-a-Bout designs from which to choose (with more designs available soon).
•Each Round-a-Bout will represent one nutritional/healthy habit theme that will reinforce the EAT WELL-BE ACTIVE message to both kids and parents; concepts of what it means to be healthy. For example, "Drink 4 glasses of water everyday!".
•The Round-a-Bouts can also be used alone as wall mounts (such as in a nutritionist's office), or as a series of activities (such as along a wall in a waiting room).
*Round-a-Bouts are rotating, interactive-play circles. They are available in a variety of themes, which support children's development, and keeps them engaged in calm play. The Round-a-Bouts for the WIC WALL Toys will be designed exclusively for WIC, with nutritional/healthy habits themes, reinforcing the "EAT WELL BE ACTIVE" message.
3. EAT WELL – BE ACTIVE -Game Boards*
• Each WIC WALL comes with two (2) Game Boards, one on each side of the wall. Each Game Board will represent one nutritional/healthy habit theme (with more to come) that will reinforce the EAT WELL-BE ACTIVE message to both kids and parents; concepts of what it means to be healthy.
•The Game Boards can also be used alone as wall mounts (such as in a nutritionist's office), or as a series of activity boards (such as along a wall in an instruction environment, like a classroom).
